An important aspect of RHA is programming and community building. Despite the success of a program it is always important to make strides towards growth in order to reach a wider community and ensure that the Residence Halls are a safe and engaging community for residents. This program will serve to build the leadership skills of student leaders so they can be empowered and help empower other students towards leadership while continuing to ensure Residence Halls remain the home for students away from home.
